de Consejo Directivo, en cumplimiento de normas estatutarias, ha resuelto<br>convocar a ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA de la instituci\u00f3n, fijando su fecha para el<br>d\u00eda Mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de Abril de 2026 a las 18:00 hs, la cual tendr\u00e1 lugar en su sede de calle<br>Rold\u00e1n 1627 de la ciudad de Armstrong.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su desarrollo se tratar\u00e1 lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ORDEN DEL DIA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u00b0 Designaci\u00f3n de dos asociados para que conjuntamente con el Presidente y Secretario<br>suscriban el acta de Asamblea.<br>2\u00b0 Lectura del Acta de Asamblea Anterior.<br>3\u00b0- Lectura y consideraci\u00f3n de la Memoria Anual, Balance General e Informe del S\u00edndico,<br>correspondientes a los ejercicios N\u00b0 39 cerrado al 31 de Diciembre de 2025.<br>4\u00b0- Renovaci\u00f3n del Consejo Directivo:<br>a) Designaci\u00f3n de un (1) Presidente.<br>b) Elecci\u00f3n de cuatro (4) Vocales Titulares.<br>c) Elecci\u00f3n de cuatro (4) Vocales Suplentes.<br>d) Elecci\u00f3n de un (1) S\u00edndico Titular y un (1) S\u00edndico Suplente.<br>No habiendo qu\u00f3rum a la hora fijada, la asamblea sesionara v\u00e1lidamente 1
