<em>de <\/em>2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1ores Asociados:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a lo dispuesto <strong>por <\/strong>los art\u00edculos 59 a 65 del Estatuto, <strong>se <\/strong>convoca a ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA, en el Domicilio de la Asociaci\u00f3n, sita en calle Crucianelli N\u00b0 764 de Armstrong, Provincia de Santa Fe, para el d\u00eda 12 de mayo de 2025 a las 11:00 horas en primera convocatoria y 12:00 horas en segunda convocatoria, para tratar el siguiente:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ORDEN <\/strong><strong>DEL <\/strong><strong>DIA&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1o) Elecci\u00f3n de un socio para que presida la Asamblea.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2o<\/strong><strong>) <\/strong>Designaci\u00f3n de dos asamble\u00edstas para que conjuntamente con el Presidente y Secretario aprueben y firmen el Acta de Asamblea.-&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3<strong>\u00b0<\/strong>) Consideraci\u00f3n de la Memoria, Estado de Situaci\u00f3n Patrimonial, Estado de Recursos y Gastos, Estado de Flujo de Efectivo, Estado de Evoluci\u00f3n del Patrimonio Neto, Anexos y Notas a los Estados Contables, Informe del Auditore Informe del S\u00edndico correspondiente al 14\u00b0 ejercicio social cerrado al 31 de diciembre de 2024.-&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\u00b0) Renovaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva con elecci\u00f3n de cinco miembros por finalizaci\u00f3n de <strong>sus <\/strong>respectivos mandatos: Cargos a Renovar: Tesorero, 1o Vocal Titular, 2o Vocal Titular, <strong>2<\/strong>\u00b0 Vocal Suplente y Sindico Titular.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No habiendo qu\u00f3rum a la hora fijada, la asamblea sesionara v\u00e1lidamente 1 hora despu\u00e9s con los miembros presentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin otro
