Por ello cre\u00edamos necesario la derogaci\u00f3n de la ordenanza anterior y sancionar una nueva que contemple, que regule, que traiga una soluci\u00f3n a los vecinos. La norma ha sido aprobada; la comisi\u00f3n de ecolog\u00eda y saneamiento ambiental hab\u00eda dado su visto favorable para dicho proyecto que trae la soluci\u00f3n a este problema planteado por la tem\u00e1tica de animales sueltos. Esta norma crea un espacio municipal de tenencia responsable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con respecto al espacio f\u00edsico Revigliono explico<\/strong>; \u201cLa creaci\u00f3n y elecci\u00f3n del lugar se llevar\u00e1&nbsp; a cabo por el \u00e1rea correspondiente que designe el municipio, en el espacio se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta la salud de los animales, la alimentaci\u00f3n necesaria y se tratar\u00e1 de ubicar a sus due\u00f1os, detectado el mismo se va a aplicar la multa que imponga cada caso.
